Good breakfast, got us going for the day, good place for the price, close to sites and metro.

Nothing literally nothing even the breakfast was served cold

Filled with funges not clean and I literally developed allergies from just staying in the room, they were very rude and charged for my 3 years old stay and they’ve kept requesting tip for bare minimum effort and when I didn’t give them they’ve didn’t show interest in supporting, furthermore they didn’t clean the room stating we will clean when you leave and I booked for two nights !!!

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. They helped me with the taxi to the airport.

The room to my understanding was renovated but I cannot say positive words about the cleanliness in general. I had to ask the cleaning ladies to wash the cups for tea or coffee thoroughly.

Breakfast was really good. Room space was not enough to pray. Room TV was not working. Location is really good in terms of accessibility to the attractions. Everything including tram station is very close.

Room was very small. There should be some airport taxi service with a reasonable charge.

Close to public transport trains,buses,shops has great food ? staff were great, very helpful, room was spacious,so stayed here another week

Location is good but the rooms was dirty

the pillows had stain and the shower was dirty and backed up when you took a shower

Location was close to tram station and staff were friendly.

Its wasnt value for money as we didnt get triple room as it wasnt available and told it would be next day, next day they said the same thing , so we ended up staying in 2 rooms 1 double and 1 single room as were not going to keep unpacking and packing our luggage.

The location was perfect

The toilet was very smelly had to ask for a clean. Breakfasts was all cold and very limited. They didn’t make extras like omelettes. My kids didn’t even have breakfast that I paid for. Beds had bedbugs my son got bitten all over.

The location its ok near from city centre

The room not clean. And the air-conditioning very bad when u leve the room air-conditioning switch of ,need more hours to be cold, and first day i talke with them about the room is not cleen He said no its cleen and shouts to me he said this is not 5 star hotel .

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.There is a variety of restaurant and shops within walking distance, if you are so inclined there is also a tram very close by. If you are there to walk around market type shops this is the place for you.

The road that the hotel is on is almost always closed to vehicular access therefore you can't order a taxi to the hotel and when you are in a foreign country this can be a serious problem. We got a genius upgrade to a better room at the time of booking, however, the hotel did not honour this and gave us the tiniest box room I have ever seen with a view of a crumbling rooftop. There is no restaurant or room service at the hotel, we found we had to walk up a hill to get to any restaurants. The hotel communal areas are very messy with equipment stored in the corridors. Before travelling hotel we requested an early check in but they would not let us check in a minute earlier so we had to wait on the street for an hour and a half.
